Online Account
As a registered user, you are required to login to www.oloxo.in using your email id and a password of your choice. You will be solely responsible to keep your password confidential and safe. Any order placed from your login ID will be considered as order placed by you and will be fulfilled accordingly.

Product Information and Pricing
Handcrafted Nature: Since our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations may occur between the product image and the physical item. We strive to display colors as accurately as possible.
Pricing: Prices for our 18K gold-plated jewellery and Kundan sets are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes in India.
Availability: While we aim for accuracy, a product may occasionally be listed as available when it is out of stock. We will contact you immediately if this affects your order.
- Damaged Products: Our team carries out rigorous quality checks before shipping out the products to our customers. However, damages caused in transit after the product has been shipped is beyond our control. If you receive damaged product in your order, we will replace it with another piece of the same or similar kind based on our stocks. Kindly email us at support@blingbag.co.in to inform us about the damage along with its picture within 48 hours from the time you receive your order and we will explain you the next steps. We will not entertain any information about damage received after 48 hours from the time you received your order.Â
Shipping and Delivery (India)
Timeline: We typically dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days across India.
Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Duty: For domestic orders, delivery is handled by our trusted logistics partners. Please ensure a government-issued ID is available upon request during delivery.
- Missed Delivery : Our logistics partners attempt thrice to deliver your shipment. However, for orders which are not collected at your end will be returned to us. We will re-ship the order at your request for an additional ₹250. All Cash-on-Delivery orders that are returned to us will be re-shipped only after the payment for the same is made online aloing with the additional shipping charges.
Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before they are fulfilled/dispatched. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will receive a full refund.
Return Policy: We offer a simple return process for unused items in their original packaging. You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Refund Mode: Refunds are typically processed as Oloxo Credit Cons/Coupon Codes for future purchases, or back to the original payment source for prepaid returns, depending on the specific case.
Non-Returnable Items: Damaged, used, or items sent without original packaging and without proper package opening video are not eligible for returns.
Limitation of Liability
Oloxo shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
